Marriage is the foundation of the nuclear family, the only reproductive capable union in nature, demonstrated as a continuing self-evident truth whereby every human being is created equal. One man and one woman, endowed bodily from their own conception in nature with the capability bodily for producing children male or female from the moment of conception.

This is the petition which was signed by a majority of Committee members on March 27, 2023 a quorum being present to do so. And which was submitted to the Resolutions sub committee for the purpose of introduction as a Joint Resolution to the whole Committee in the April meeting.
